Downtown Fall Ball & Silent Auction

Downtown Fall Ball & Silent Auction

The Downtown Fall Ball has become a tradition for the Olympia Downtown Association. Starting in 2001 the ODA began hosting the Ball to help fund many of the events and projects that the Association supports.

Fall Ball funding helps support our Graffiti Management Program, City partnerships that protect downtown interests, safety downtown in coordination with Olympia Police Department, Music in the Park Summer Concert Series, City of Olympia Arts Walk participation, The Olympian Pet Parade participation, Downtown for the Holidays and holiday lights.

This year the date set for the Fall Ball is Saturday, October 9th from 6pm to 11pm at The Olympia Center. The Olympia Center in downtown will be transformed as we begin the evening with a champagne reception and the fabulous Silent Auction. Next, a limited and fun Live Auction with a wonderful dinner, great wines, desserts and dancing complete the evening.

The planning for this event begins each March with a goal to have committee members in place and assignments given out by mid July. There are many areas that need team leaders and volunteers to help continue the success of this stellar event.

If you would like to volunteer for this committee or event, please click on odaevent@tss.net and I’ll add your name to our great volunteer list. You may also use that email address for more information. Thank you.
